In this class, we will explore what it is like when we truly choose to awaken. Wearing the crown of enlightenment can be daunting if we are confused or mistaken about the nature of who we are as a spiritual being. This class is for everyone. We will discuss the Dharma (the teachings) and how it can benefit your practice. We will also discuss how the 13 Attributes of Mercy relate to the Mondo Zen precepts and why these relate to our lives. Hope to see you there!
